Our aim is to typically despatch all 'in stock' orders within 48 hours of receipt and credit/debit card authorisation. If there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavour to contact you within 48 hours. All timescales exclude weekends where orders are normally despatched on the following Monday.
Our standard delivery service typically delivers UK mainland orders in 3-5 working days. USA and Australia in 14-21 working days and Europe within 7-14 working days. Some items that show as 'out of stock' on our website may have slightly longer delivery times, usually as they are not available in our shop and may have to be ordered in. If you place an order for one of these items, we will either recall it from our shop or order it in and despatch to you as soon as reasonably possible.
