1. Written authorisation or return of goods must be obtained from Raw Flesh. This will usually be in email form. Please send your request to us here.

2. No returns will be accepted after 21 days from the original order date except where the item is found to be defective.

3. Any goods damaged in transit from us may be returned for refund or replacement within 30 days of the purchase date.

4. Returns must be shipped prepaid. We recommend that you use a traceable method for valuable items. We will refund a reasonable amount of return postage if the item is returned to us through our error.

5. A handling charge of 20% of total order value will be applied to all credits for return of unwanted goods unless defective or damaged in shipment.

6. A copy of the dispatch note should accompany all returns.
